This 7-day summer meal plan is designed to help women aged 70+ follow a well-balanced diet that meets their nutrient requirements. Based around whole plant foods with some dairy, chicken and fish, the meals are low in saturated fat and high in dietary fibre, antioxidants and phytonutrients for optimum health.
NOTE: If you’re part of a couple, Nutrition Coach is offering a complimentary meal plan for your partner. The meal plans are similar for men and women, but because men and women have different energy and micronutrient requirements, there are differences with quantities and snacks.
