Kate is a nutritionist well versed in her craft and also a passionate practitioner who I am lucky to have found. Between my first session to the second session, partially following Kate’s advice (need to be a better patient), I have increased muscle mass and reduced visceral fat. I have also reduced my metabolic age by three years.
