Three consultations are a highly effective way to transform your diet.
Starting with a dietary assessment, Nutrition Coach will measure your nutrient intake against the National Health and Medical Research Council’s recommended daily intakes (RDIs) and adequate intakes (AIs) for 25 nutrients.
You’ll then be sent a report that will explain your results and advise how you can tweak your diet to meet your nutritional needs – a great way to avoid nutrient deficiencies and save money on unnecessary supplements.
Then, using your dietary assessment as the foundation, Nutrition Coach will put together a nutrition plan designed specifically for your goals, lifestyle, food preferences and nutrient requirements.
You’ll be coached along the way and you can email or message whenever you have a question or need help. A few weeks down the track, the third consultation will focus on overcoming any obstacles and provide behaviour-change strategies that will help you sustain your healthy diet.
