This 12-week healthy eating program is designed for women aged 40–60 who are finding it hard to lose stubborn belly fat.
Starting with a dietary assessment and an initial consultation, Nutrition Coach will look at your current diet and how it is meeting your nutritional needs. We will then create a personalised nutrition plan designed specifically for your goals, lifestyle, food preferences and nutrient requirements.
You’ll be coached along the way and you can email or message whenever you have a question or need help.
Weekly check-ins will focus on overcoming any obstacles you may be encountering and provide behaviour-change strategies that will help you sustain your healthy diet.
